We aim to help our clients manage a multitude of problems; from debt management, help with benefits, housing, employment and other complex issues. Our trained advisers provide specialist information and advice; all information discussed is fully independent and confidential.

Liverpool Citizens Advice provide general advice regarding employment, benefits, housing, immigration, debt and finances, energy bills, Help to Claim Universal Credit, EU Settlement Scheme applications and hate crime.
Face to face appointments are available in our Garston, Wavertree and Walton offices following an initial telephone consultation.

Citizens Advice Halton
Citizens Advice Halton is dedicated to offering free, confidential and impartial help and advice. We aim to help our clients manage a multitude of problems e.g. debt management, help with benefits, housing advice, employment rights advice, employability support (e.g. CV, job search, help to access training/volunteering opportunities), access to charitable support and grants (e.g. food/fuel vouchers), budgeting advice, and energy advice. Our trained advisers provide specialist information and advice; all information discussed is fully independent and confidential.
Citizens Advice St Helens
St Helens Citizens Advice helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.
Areas we cover include: Debt and money advice (negotiating with creditors, producing financial statements, advice on court action); Employment (help with disciplinary procedures and employment tribunal forms); Generalist advice (health matters, housing and legal issues); Welfare Benefits advice (eligibilty, appeals advice and Universal Credit Help to Claim service) and Better Off Finance (financial capability and employability guidance).
Citizens Advice St Helens helps clients across the whole of St Helens Borough and has several outreach venues in different locations in and around the town and surrounding areas. Advice is provided in person, by telephone and online.

Sefton Citizens Advice has wheelchair access, an induction loop and parking.

Wheelchair access is available at CItizens Advice Warrington. If English is not your first language, contact the bureau for information about other languages it can provide advice in. We can offer support in a range of issues including money & debt, employment, housing, consumer, benefits, health, relationships, education, discrimination and legal matters.
All 22 wards in Warrington are covered by Warrington Citizens Advice.
Raise
RAISE is an independent charity which gives free, confidential, high quality advice and training around debt and money guidance.
We provide welfare benefits advice to tenants of our Housing Association funders and other residents of the Liverpool City Region.
